Promotores De Esperanza is a women’s community service and nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing healing, resilience, and leadership within underserved communities. At our community center, we provide essential services including employment and training opportunities, linkage to care and resources, peer recovery support, and leadership development for women and people of color. Guided by principles of harm reduction, peer recovery, and community healing, Promotores De Esperanza creates safe spaces where individuals can access support, grow stronger, and build pathways toward long-term stability. Our mission is to uplift women, empower communities, and cultivate the next generation of leaders of color through compassion, advocacy, and meaningful connections.
